John Harding,
Managing Director		 Founder of CSN in 1996 and ISN in 2000 and is also the Director Asia Pacific for Risk Services International.
James Needle,
General Manager 		Joined CSN/ISN in 2006. Has a B. BUS degree and experience in Project Management within IT. Responsible for the day to day management of the Claims Division/s.
Gregory Shooter,
Finance and Administration Manager 		Joined CSN/ISN in 2002. Has a BBA (INT BUS) degree and is responsible for the Finance and Administration function of the combined businesses.
Sandra Harding,
Quality Control and Workflow		 Ensures all claims are processed in a timely manner and checked for accuracy of assessment. This process allows internal benchmarking and maintenance of service standards.
Stephen Taylor,
Chief Technical Officer		 Responsible for the technical development and maintenance of our online Claims Centre.
